Allow time for coffee as you will love the drive into Sunshine Beach with all the local quaint, quirky cafes.  We now take a very short stroll down the street where our walk begins on the beach for 10mins, the south side of Noosa’s Headland.  The track entrance starts at end of beach.  From up top at Cooks County spectacular sweeping views is the beginning of many as the journey has truly begun. Remember to keep a look out for dolphins, migrating whales, turtles and eagles.  Getting into our walk past Devils Kitchen, Lion Rock further off to our right before hitting Alexandria Bay Beach, known to locals as “A Bay” but keep your eyes closed – nudist beach, OR NOT!!

After a short bite to eat if we so choose here, we re-enter Noosa’s Headland track via a staircase to Hell’s Gate, a little puffed but feeling energised with the Coastline views all the way from Picnic Cove; is just beautiful!  This part of our journey may be fairly quiet from other walkers which adds to the peacefulness experienced as we head to Dolpin Point.  By now, you should be able to see Noosa’s most famous tourist destination – Main beach including endless spectacular views as we continue along to Tea Tree Bay as we are nearing our end point; Boiling Pot.  It’s a great time to soak up the views before making our way to the National Park Carpark.

This is suitable for anyone of beginner to moderate fitness level with the ability to complete a 5.4km journey.  It’s a great walk of about 3 hours adding an hour for a yummy pick me up bite to eat at our choice of location along the way.  What are you waiting for…come join us for a wonderful walk breathing in the fresh air of Noosa Heads Coastline to Boiling Pot.
